For electricians
A license and a phone number should be the easy part.
People hiring an electrician want the number, the service area, and a reason to trust the van. A slow template with no reviews and no privacy page looks unfinished even when the work is good. The scan is a one-minute read of the public site.

We look for a tel: link, not a photo of a phone number.
Old WordPress leftovers
noindex, xmlrpc, and a public wp-config backup are checked when the site is WordPress.
